Delivery Costs

We strive to delivery our exclusive products using the most effective delivery systems in South Africa, while maintaining reasonable product prices. As such we do not offer delivery quotes in real time as every order is hand packed and examined to determine the best delivery method that suits you and your parcel.

For deliveries there is the option of courier door-to-door and / or Speed services Post Office, depending on your location. We will personally email you a delivery quote as costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the area you wish to have it delivered to. 

Our most popular delivery method is still snail mail (Post Office) as it is reliable, although it does take 3 - 14 working days for you to receive your goodies. Door-to-door usually arrives within 48 hours if you are within the Jo'burg area and 72 hours by using other couriers. We make every effort to dispatch orders as soon possible as we do keep many stock items in our warehouses locally. We love to keep you in the loop and you can expect a swift email if any product ordered is not in stock or unavailable for whatever reason.

For any pet food orders delivery can only be made in the greater Johannesburg areas and delivery quotations will be calculated and emailed once the order has been received.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Sunday during office hours only.

Delivery Address

If your parcel is being shipped via courier door-to-door, you must provide a DAYTIME physical address for delivery. Parcels being shipped via the Post Office can be sent to a special box address or your physical address of choice. If you opt to have your parcel shipped via the Post Office to a physical address, it will then go to the Post Office nearest the address supplied. We only ship parcels to addresses within South Africa and Namibia.  


We do our utmost to ship all parcels within 2 to 3 working days, but depending on the products in your cart, this might be slightly longer or shorter. Your order will be updated on a regular basis, so please log in and check the status of your order. These are estimated times only - we are reliant on quick turnaround times from both suppliers and courier companies. Should we run into any situations where stock is not available from a supplier (out of stock or recently discontinued etc.), you will be notified immediately and given the option of swopping this item or obtaining a credit voucher or refund.


Unless otherwise requested parcels are sent via the SA Post Office. In the event of having to return goods the recipient must pay return postage. A discount voucher will be awarded on future purchases for goods damaged in the mail or for faulty workmanship. If you are outside this radius, please allow us to calculate your shipping costs according to your order size and weight, and we will send you this invoice with your order.


We have a strict returns policy, that is based solely on the quality of the customers recieved product. If the product that you have bought is faulty, or if you are dissatisfied with the specifics of the product, please write to us at the Contact Us page before you return your product, for correspondence.
